
To get Acrobat to work, we had to use another special Acrobat remover tool, then we had to create another administrator on my computer and use the new account to install Acrobat from there using a direct download of the program, instead of the Application Manager. When that was done, we were able to install most of the programs, but not Muse or Acrobat. in the end, we had to use a special Adobe Suite remover program to totally scrub my system of anything Adobe. When prompted, please remember to click "Enterprise ID" when signing in with your campus account you may then install and update applications as desired.I fixed it, but it involved three calls with Adobe support that added up to around 6 hours. Follow the on screen instructions to download and install Creative Cloud.Ĩ. You will be prompted to sign on to CSUF single sign on page with your campus login.ħ.

When CSUF's Single sign on page appears, enter your Campus Login and password, and then click on ' Next '.Ħ.
